Shipping Policy
- We deliver only within India. Shipping is charged as per weight and location of the delivery. All efforts have been made to keep the shipping charges as low as possible.
- We only sell the items that are ready and available with us. We usually ship the order within 48 hours of placing the order.
- We take extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery and aim to have your order reach you within 7 working days. Usually your order will be delivered within 4 to 7 days of being dispatched by us depending on the location.
- When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation mail with tracking details. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
- There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price along with delivery charges mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

Refund Policy
- In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftswomen, as well as to keep our prices fair, we generally do not accept returns.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you may email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We will ship you a replacement and where a replacement is not possible, we shall be happy to process your refund in the form of a store credit.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of the AmbaUjjwal Team and we’re a friendly lot.
